    Easy to assemble

    The bed frame is easy to assemble and the instruction guide is very handy and visual friendly. Bed is very soft and comfy, easy to open from the packaging.

    Comfortable..

    No complain, the bed is comfortable and suited to my level of firmness. Initially I thought it's very soft but after couple days, till the bed extend fully i find it just nice for me.

    Product? Amazing! Customer Service? Meh.....

    The bundle bed i got was amazing. Tried & tested, it was way better than advertised. The only problem I had was with the assembly instructions because they only provide the one for Double Bed, Queen, King. With that, I contacted CS with regards to my difficulty & assuring me that I would be receiving a softcopy of the instructions within 48-36 hours. Until now, I've got no email or anything from them so I decide to put my common sense to work & assemble the bed myself. Which is abit of a let down because their product was fantastic.
